TRUSTED PREVENTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION AT SCALE
ABOUT
WHO WE ARE
The Institute for Hispanic Preventive Health Equity is a physician-led initiative dedicated to improving access to preventive care within Hispanic and Latino communities across the United States.
Our mission is to reduce health disparities through culturally tailored education, community outreach, and evidence-based preventive services. We focus on early detection and prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity—empowering individuals and families to take control of their health before illness progresses.

IMPACT + NATIONAL IMPORTANCE SECTION
WHY THIS MATTERS
Chronic diseases are the leading cause of preventable illness and healthcare cost in the United States.
Hispanic communities face disproportionate barriers in access, language, and culturally appropriate prevention resources.
By delivering scalable preventive education at national reach, the Institute supports U.S. public health priorities, reduces misinformation, and advances long-term health equity.
